• Purchase is made through a NetPay merchant which displays the NetPay logo on product page. Transaction made out of Lelong.my's NetPay payment service or payment made to seller other than NetPay will not be eligible for any claims.
• Payment has to be made through NetPay payment service.
• You are a winning bidder or fixed price (BuyNow) buyer of an item listed on the Lelong.my site.
• Your account remains in good standing (i.e. not suspended) throughout the claims process.
