You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this terms and condition, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may proceed to submit your posting(s) for the LEC or known as Lelong.my eCampaign.
The Lelong.my eCampaign is operated by Interbase Resources Sdn Bhd (Reg no: 199801009307 (465435-U)), owner of www.lelong.com.my, www.lelong.my ,or any subdomain, (hereinafter "www.lelong.com.my", "www.lelong.my" or "we" or "our") located at 6th Floor, Tower 1 Puchong Financial Corporate Centre (PFCC) Jalan Puteri 1/2, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia. Eligibility The Lelong.my eCampaign is exclusively for Lelong.my Web Store members with NetPay integration only. If you are not yet a Web Store member or NetPay merchant, please do contact us at LEC@lelong.com.my. The campaign is not available to Web Store members whose account has been temporarily or indefinitely suspended. Fees and Services The product registration fee is RM100.00, and we may waive it at our discretion. There will also be a transaction fee charged for each successful transaction. The rate of the transaction fee may vary from product category and event. The transaction fee charged will be notified to you via email on a weekly basis. Our risk management team reserve the rights to withhold the payment received from the campaign due to:

1. any violation,
2. received complaint(s)
3. non delivery of the product(s)
4. send buyer item(s) not as described in campaign;

is reported to us, which in our discretion, deem necessary to withhold the payment for buyers' protection and until the matter resolved. There may be some minimal fees charged if you require some assistance from Lelong.my eCampaign community to help you with your posting(s) or listing(s). The charges will be informed to you accordingly by our team when you submit your campaign listing(s) or posting(s) to us for review. In our sole discretion, we may change any of our fees structure, registration fees and product submission fees from time to time. We may in our sole discretion change some or all of our fees structure and services at any time. In the event we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). We may from time to time review and change how Lelong.my Web Store members can participate in the Lelong.my eCampaign . Such changes will be posted on the site and shall become binding on all members upon its implementation. The changes will instantly become effective after they are posted on our site. Submission We will only accept and review the posting(s) or listing(s) for those Lelong.my Web Store members who:

1. integrates NetPay payment services in their Web Store. Other payment services would not be accepted.
2. provides free shipping or discounts to the buyers
3. agrees to grant us the rights to use your products content(s) for any marketing purpose(s) and allowing us to amend the content, photos and make necessary changes to the content and images to promote your products.
4. seller must have available on-hand stock and in sufficient quantity when submitting posting(s) and listing(s) for the campaign. Preorder is not allowed in this campaign.

We have the rights to reject any submission or withdraw any approved product(s) submission at any time without notice, for any reasons or no reasons. No correspondence will be entered into. All submission is subjected to Lelong.my eCampaign admin and community approval, and decisions made is final and binding.
