About Lelong's Buyer Protection Program

• Reimburses buyer the full purchase price of the item if buyer did not receive the item.
• Maximum compensation is RM1000 for each transaction.

For example:

• If the item price is RM 1150, you're eligible to receive RM 1000.
• If the item price is RM 275, you're eligible to receive RM 275.
• Covers only purchases from Lelong.my using NetPay at the time of purchase.
• Buyer must be MyKad or HP verified member of Lelong.my at the time of transaction.
• Maximum compensation is RM1000 for each transaction.
