Making Smoothie 1. The raw materials of the smoothie ▲ The smoothie/slush is made from sugar and water. The mixture of sugar and water should be mixed by a ratio of 1:5. ▲ If the sugar is insufficient, the evaporation tank may freeze, and the malfunction alarm may go off. ▲ DO NOT run the machine without the mixture, or it can result in damage to the machine.
2. The amount of the mixture ▲ The best recipe of the raw materials is 1kg sugar to 5L water. ▲ The appropriate capacity of the rawmaterialsineachcylinderis6L. ▲ The level of the raw materials shall be higher than the blade surface of the auger/spiral scraper, since too few raw materials will easily lead the tank to freeze. In this case, you need to stop the corresponding tank from working. 30 minutes later, after the mixture defrosts, you can replenish raw materials, and restart the machine. ▲ But keep in mind at the same time that too much raw materials will affect the forming time of the smoothie, and the smoothie is easy to overflow due to the volume expansion after forming.
3. Other raw materials of the smoothie ▲ Besides sugar and water, you can also add appropriate essence and other additives, or fruit juiceinto the mixture. ▲ Pure fruit juice is low at sugar, and the sugar is mainly fructose, therefore fruit juicecannot be used in the tankdirectly. ▲ The fruit nectar that contains fruit particlesshall not be used.
4. Attention ☻ After being discharged, when the smoothie is lower than 1/2 of the height of the evaporation cylinder, the mixture should be replenished in time. |

**You have received a defective product. (We offer 3 DAYs) return policy for items which may have a Manufacturer Defect. On most cases this will not occur since each of our products are tested prior to the shipment. Exchange it for a New One!
**There is an error in the product you received based on your order placed (WE SEND YOU WRONG PRODUCT)
We will deliver and exchange the items at our own cost, provided it is returned in their original condition and unused, however all defective product(s) are subject to inspection.
Return / exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.
Shipping Policy
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply. Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 - 6 days for delivery.
