What is a large bubble wrap? This is refering to diameter of each bubble, which is a large-sized 25mm. The size is similar to the size of a Malaysian 20¢ coin.
Where is it used for? Large Bubble Wrap is suitable for wrapping very big bulky items like furniture, cabinets, etc. Though this does not mean normal sized bubble wrap is not suitable for large items (you can simply wrap twice or more) but it is also a matter of your preference or presentation. Some like it big!
Eh, why do the bubbles seem to have less air? A little trivia, did you know that the more air in a bubble does not mean is better? Some bubble wraps sold out there feels like it is tougher due to the bulging air bubble, making most people think more 'kembang' is better right? But in fact it is a defect. These bubbles will pop very easily with slight pressure or impact and there goes your cushioning!
The best bubble wrap will have just the right amount of air and a strong plastic wall, giving you a strong cushioning and not easy to pop. This is especially true for larger bubbles, they will have less air percentage than your normal 10mm bubble wrap. So don't be tricked by cheaper "tougher" bubble wraps with more air.

Upon receipt of both your order and confirmation of payment, your goods are quickly packed ready for shipping within moments (or in some cases instantly) to be handed over to the courier company. The daily cut-off period is around 12pm. The courier company will then take 1-3 working days to deliver your goods to you.
Though it rarely ever happens but once in a blue moon, sometimes there could be a delay by the courier company. Don't panic, one of the many causes could be:-
1. Incorrect mailing address / handphone number.
2. Receipient not contactable / nobody around.
3. Courier company delay / technical error.
4. Unforseen circumstances.
In any case, simply let us know by giving your order details to us and we will help you look into the matter.

1. Place your order through Lelong.
2a. When paying through NetPay or online banking, confirmation should be quick or instantaneous.
2b. When paying through ATM/cash/cheque deposit, confirmation will take longer depending on bank, especially cheques, they will take 1-2 working days (-_-') Kindly email/fax to us your bank-in slip for confirmation.
3. Upon payment confirmation, your goods will be sent out on the same working day or the next working day at most. Courier usually takes 1-4 days.
4. You can choose for COD at our store in Dataran Prima, PJ. We will not charge delivery lol. Kindly give us your order in advance before arriving so we can prepare it for you.

Return or Exchange Procedures
Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at pcunitedsunshine@gmail.com within 7 days from the day order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:
Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 5 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchanged. In most cases, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the exchange. Just don't forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email pcunitedsunshine@gmail.com first so that we can provide you with complete return or exchange instructions.
