Seal adjustment diagram
New Intelligent Sealing Machine Mode: when the setting switch is pressed to the mode state, press the following - + to adjust (1 single time: semi-automatic state, that is, press once to seal once) 2 continuous: it is automatic state, when the machine is adjusted to continuous state, the time can be set, for example, the interval time is 3 seconds. Roller adjustment steps
Tools are required to adjust the roller steps:

1. Loosen the four screws outside the glass cover with a 4mm hexagon wrench. 2. It is very important to adjust the cam to the highest point of the roller 3. Loosen the screw on the outside of the cutter shaft with a 6 mm Allen wrench 4. Use a 4 mm Allen wrench to the screw under the eccentric shaft of the cutter wheel to fine tune the gap between the cutter wheel and the mold. 5. After adjustment, turn the roller to check whether there is friction with the mold (remember that there is no friction, if there is friction, increase the distance between the mold and the roller) 6. If the distance between the U-clamp and the cutter wheel needs to be greatly adjusted when replacing the mold, loosen the nut under the U-clamp of the cutter wheel with a 19 mm open-end wrench, and pry the gap between the U-clamp with a slotted screwdriver, and the distance between the roller and the mold can be greatly adjusted. Return Exchange Policy
We take great pride in ensuring our products are of great quality and condition. You may contact our Customer Service Department within 3 business days in the following cases:
**You have received a defective product. (We offer 3 DAYs) return policy for items which may have a Manufacturer Defect. On most cases this will not occur since each of our products are tested prior to the shipment. Exchange it for a New One!
**There is an error in the product you received based on your order placed (WE SEND YOU WRONG PRODUCT)
We will deliver and exchange the items at our own cost, provided it is returned in their original condition and unused, however all defective product(s) are subject to inspection.
Return / exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.
Shipping Policy
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply. Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 - 6 days for delivery.
