Order Processing Time

• The order process time is 1 to 3 working days and some items can be processed within 48 hours (please refer to each product page)
• If there has anythings cause the shipment delay, we will email you.
• If you are not receive the item within estimated working days after we shipped, please email us at shopgilamy@gmail.com.

Estimated Delivery Date

By Courier Services (Pos Laju / SkyNet Courier Service)

• Peninsular Malaysia: Next 2 to 5 business days from delivery day
• East Malaysia: Next 5 to 8 business days from delivery day

Delivery sometimes delay is out of our control. Delivery could be delayed due to addressee not around at time of delivery, location address is out of service area, public holidays or delivery workload of Courier Service.

Tracking Number

• We will update the tracking number at the lelong order between 7pm to 10pm on the delivery day
• Please take note that most courier system is not updated online instantly, we advice you to check after 24 hours after receiving the tracking number.
