Ordering Items at DeAmourShop

1. To order items, first sign up for an account at Lelong.com.my.

2. As a Lelong.com.my registered member, you can click on BuyNow button to proceed for your Lelong online shopping, Lelong system will directly lead you to Lelong.my Check Out System to complete the deal.

3. Confirm your order and finally choose a payment method (MAYBANK, CIMB BANK , PUBLIC BANK or NETPAY) to check out. All payments are expected within 3 days after the order being confirmed by the seller. Failing which your order will be deemed void. Seller reserves the right to cancel the deal and resell the item without prior notice.

4. After the payment is completed, kindly email the following important details to shopdeamour@gmail.com for buyer’s verification and we will ship out the item to you in the shortest period. Please do not forget to send us a copy of Bank transfer receipt as a proof of your payment.

a) Product Title or SKU Code

b) Your Lelong UserID

c) Payment Method (MAYBANK / CIMB BANK / PUBLIC BANK / Transfer From Other Banks / NETPAY)

d) Total Payment Amount

e) Parcel Receiver Full Name together with contact phone number

f) Shipping Address ((NOTE: Seller will not bear the responsibilities if the item is sent to your outdated address or delay in shipment due to missing your postal code or phone numbers contact)

How to Pay by Using Lelong Payment Gateway?

-For West Malaysia, you will be receiving your parcel within 3 to 5 working days.

-For East Malaysia, you will be receiving your parcel within 3 to 7 working days.

All goods sold are not refundable. We will check and ensure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you. We cannot guarantee what you see in our picture is exactly 100% same as our products since different monitors might display colors differently.
