SHIPPING and DELIVERY
All shipping fee calculation based on weight in kilogram (KG) started from minimum 0.001KG to maximum 30.0KG.
Total weight for combine items in single invoice is up to 30.0KG. Exceeding 30.0KG must be split to another invoice.
City-Link Express is our appointed main shipping service provider. Other shipping service providers can be appointed if neccassary upon request. All Items will be shipped once payment made and cleared at the same working day before 3:00 pm. Payment made and cleared after 3:00 pm, will be shipped on next working day.
All items may received estimated time in 1 to 2 working days to Peninsular Malaysia and 2 to 5 working days to Sarawak, Sabah and Labuan. Some delay causes may happened it will depends on shipping service provider's shipments process.
Tracking number will be updated by email once items shipped. Customers able to check the delivery status on next shipments day from the shipping service provider's website.

RETURN and WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty Policy
All new products are subject to the warranty policy of the respective manufacturer. Please refer to the individual product for its warranty period. Return the product within the individual product warranty period.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Product is deemed DOA when it shows symptoms of hardware failure or prevents basic operation upon its first use out of the box.
Please note that original manufacturer’s packaging is part of the product, without the original packaging the product will be deemed second hand and will not be processed.
If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product, will be returned to you at your own cost.
Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse or is missing parts due to customer tampering will not be accepted.
Product must be deemed DOA by the respective vendor in order for you to receive a replacement unit.
If the product is reported as DOA after 7 days of receipt, the standard product warranty will apply.
If the product is deemed by respective vendor NOT to be DOA, the standard product warranty will apply.
Return Policy
Return the product in its original condition within 7 days of the invoice date. Should you change your mind on the product purchased and allow to exchange once time to other products. *No refund policy. *Note: refund only applicable if the product was out of stock due to End-Of-Life (EOL).
Your product can be exchanged for other product which same or higher value. Pay the difference of higher value products. No Refund will be given for the difference of lower value products.
Please call or email our customer service for an RMA Exchange No. before returning your product.
Exchange product must be returned to our company within 7 days of the invoice date.
Please ensure you return the product to us UNOPENED in its original packaging for all exchanges.
Please note that original manufacturer’s packaging is part of the product, so please retain it in case you wish to return them for DOA or exchange.
The product will be deemed second hand without the original packaging and will not be processed your return and will be returned to you at your own cost.
Any promotional gift or gift with purchase that have been issued with your order must also be returned UNOPENED along with your product.
