2. Upon receiving your order, we will confirm the stock availability. Please do no make payment before our confirmation. Bank details will be given in the confirmation.

3. Payment must be made within 2 days (48 hours) after our confirmation. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled. Please inform us through email at babycuddle2u@gmail.com once payment has been made. Kindly include the transaction number for our reference.

B Secure Payment via NetPay

1. Please ensure your delivery address is 100% correct for you to receive your items.

2. We will let you know the tracking number once parcel is posted.

1. All business deals are based on first come first served basis.

2. We are not responsible for any damages or missing during delivery process.

3. All item(s) sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

4. Colour of the items posted online might be slightly different from the actual items due to the variation of resolution from different cameras and computers.

5. Due to human measurement method is used, there might be 1-2cm variation. This will be considered as normal.

6. All items are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (RM), postage fee is excluded.

7. Payment must be made within 2 days upon our confirmation on stock availability. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.

8. We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event when item is out of stock. We will refund full amount if payment has been made.

9. Only serious buyers are welcome.

10. Daily cut-off time for same day delivery is 9AM. Orders after 9AM will be shipped on next working day. However, we will normally try our best to push the order to same day delivery if possible. Orders made on Friday after 9AM, Saturday, Sunday will be shipped out on next business day (Business day: Mon - Fri and non public holidays)

11. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions without prior notice when it deemed necessary.
