Introducing a very special packing tape, which not many people know of but comes in really handy and convenient, especially for confidential, sensitive, or high value goods. Here comes the specially printed Security Packing Tape!
Did you know that during the normal process of delivery or transport, your goods/items pass through dozens of personnel? Just imagine the number of people handling your goods such as packing, pick-up, courier/transport store, warehosue operations, customs, forwarder, delivery, etc. And that would be if your item is handled by one company, but in reality it often passes through a few before reaching its destination. As such, items which are private, confidential, expensive, high valued and sensitive need as much protection as possible. It is recommended to use very secure and tight packing which is difficult to open or remove. In addition, give off a big warning to those who handle your valuable goods, and this is where the Security Tape comes in.
The Security Tape has a white base and red text which reads in large bold letters "SECURITY TAPE". Along with it is the smaller red text "If tape is tampered, please check goods thoroughly". This is done to purposely give off a stern warning as well as a very professional look to your valuable items/goods. While the Security Tape cannot prevent theives from cutting open the contents, what it does is bring a very clear and loud warning to those who handle your items. Unlike the commonly available OPP tape, the Security Tape makes handlers aware and not dare to mess around with it, because if they do actually tamper with your items they would not be able reseal it again and the next handler or person who receives the item will notice it and instantly know that they are the culprit.

Upon receipt of both your order and confirmation of payment, your goods are quickly packed ready for shipping within moments (or in some cases instantly) to be handed over to the courier company. The daily cut-off period is around 12pm. The courier company will then take 1-3 working days to deliver your goods to you.
Though it rarely ever happens but once in a blue moon, sometimes there could be a delay by the courier company. Don't panic, one of the many causes could be:-
1. Incorrect mailing address / handphone number.
2. Receipient not contactable / nobody around.
3. Courier company delay / technical error.
4. Unforseen circumstances.
In any case, simply let us know by giving your order details to us and we will help you look into the matter.
*some items do not ship to East Malaysia.
1. Place your order through Lelong.
2a. When paying through NetPay or online banking, confirmation should be quick or instantaneous.
2b. When paying through ATM/cash/cheque deposit, confirmation will take longer depending on bank, especially cheques, they will take 1-2 working days (-_-') Kindly email/fax to us your bank-in slip for confirmation.
3. Upon payment confirmation, your goods will be sent out on the same working day or the next working day at most. Courier usually takes 1-4 days.
4. You can choose for COD at our store in Dataran Prima, PJ. We will not charge delivery lol. Kindly give us your order in advance before arriving so we can prepare it for you.

We value your shopping experience on top of everything else, which is why if you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase or if the item does not live up to your expectation or for any other reasons beyond our wildest imagination, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of packages within 7 days of the order date and issue an exchange (for item of equal or lesser value). However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no returns, and thus will not be entitled for this. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.
Return or Exchange Procedures
Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at pcunitedsunshine@gmail.com within 7 days from the day order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:
Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 5 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchanged. In most cases, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the exchange. Just don't forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email pcunitedsunshine@gmail.com first so that we can provide you with complete return or exchange instructions.
