The SW108 Carton Box is a good, medium-sized carton used for packing and storing of medium-large sized items. For home or office users, to neatly organize and store your documents, files, clothing, books, accessories, equipments, knick-knacks, etc. For traders & sellers, to be used in accordance with bubble wrap or other packing material to neatly and professionally pack your medium-large sized items for shipping & delivery to your customers.
The usage of Carton Boxes are wide and many. Mainly for packing & packaging, storage, house/office moving, organising, and categorising all kinds of stuff. Also used in arts and crafts, props for plays, creating castle forts >_< and etc. As many of you know, Carton Boxes come in all shapes & sizes. What is less known are the quality and grades available to you, such as explained below.
Typically, Carton Boxes come either in single-wall or double-wall. Single-wall is suitable for most light-medium weight storage items while double-wall is for more heavy duty storage. There is even triple-wall! But usually, the standard single-wall or double-wall will meet most of our needs.
The grade of kraft paper material used is very important. Recognised by kraft grade grammage, most standard cartons use 150g Kraft. However, at times you might find the 180g Kraft better suited for your needs, with a stiffer and tougher quality, bringing a more professional feel. For an even higher step-up, try the 250g or 280g Kraft, with a very strong, heavy-duty and most professional look. Did you know? A single-wall carton with a strong grade Kraft material can trump even a double-wall with low grade Kraft material!

Did you know? With enough quantity you can tailor-make your very own custom carton box. Depending on your size, MOQ can range from 300pcs - 500pcs (the theory is the smaller the size, the higher the MOQ). Big, small, long, short? Single-wall, double-wall, etc? Upon receipt of both your order and confirmation of payment, your goods are quickly packed ready for shipping within moments (or in some cases instantly) to be handed over to the courier company. The daily cut-off period is around 12pm. The courier company will then take 1-3 working days to deliver your goods to you.
Though it rarely ever happens but once in a blue moon, sometimes there could be a delay by the courier company. Don't panic, one of the many causes could be:-
1. Incorrect mailing address / handphone number.
2. Receipient not contactable / nobody around.
3. Courier company delay / technical error.
4. Unforseen circumstances.
In any case, simply let us know by giving your order details to us and we will help you look into the matter.

1. Place your order through Lelong.
2a. When paying through NetPay or online banking, confirmation should be quick or instantaneous.
2b. When paying through ATM/cash/cheque deposit, confirmation will take longer depending on bank, especially cheques, they will take 1-2 working days (-_-') Kindly email/fax to us your bank-in slip for confirmation.
3. Upon payment confirmation, your goods will be sent out on the same working day or the next working day at most. Courier usually takes 1-4 days.
4. You can choose for COD at our store in Dataran Prima, PJ. We will not charge delivery lol. Kindly give us your order in advance before arriving so we can prepare it for you.

We value your shopping experience on top of everything else, which is why if you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase or if the item does not live up to your expectation or for any other reasons beyond our wildest imagination, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of packages within 7 days of the order date and issue an exchange (for item of equal or lesser value). However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no returns, and thus will not be entitled for this. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.
Return or Exchange Procedures
Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at pcunitedsunshine@gmail.com within 7 days from the day order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:
Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 5 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you like to have in exchanged. In most cases, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the exchange. Just don't forget that before you ship anything back to us, please email pcunitedsunshine@gmail.com first so that we can provide you with complete return or exchange instructions.
