General Terms

SuperBid is open to all Lelong.com.my members who must be a Malaysia citizen and aged 18 years or above and must accept the terms and conditions binding for each and every time the services are used.
SuperBid is an online bidding service accessible by all Lelong.com.my members via a computer with Internet accessibility.
The service of SuperBid is owned by Interbase Resources Sdn Bhd (Reg no: 465435-U), owner of www.lelong.com.my, located at 2-3 (3rd Floor), Jalan Puteri 2/2,Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
Lelong.com.my reserves the right to amend this Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. The amended terms shall automatically become effective after they are posted on the Site.
Your continued use of this site constitutes the following:
1. Acknowledgment of this Terms & Conditions and any modifications; and
2. agreement to abide and be bound by this Terms & Conditions, including any modifications made thereto;
3. This terms and conditions were last revised on 29^th July 2008.
Each bidding cycle is open from 12pm every Wednesday and close at 1pm on the same day.

Eligibility for Usage

User must be a Lelong.com.my member and at least a Handphone verified member in order to bid.
Lelong.com.my reserves the right to review and change the method of how users can access SuperBid anytime to continuously enhance the usability, security and robustness of SuperBid. Such changes will be posted on SuperBid website and shall become binding on all users upon its implementation.
Lelong.com.my may at its sole discretion revise the bidding mechanism or format to promote fairness and enhance the excitement and usability of SuperBid.
Lelong.com.my will ensure that the goods purchased and put up for bidding and delivered are in good condition prior to delivery to user. Any damages or lost or defect that caused during or after the delivery which may or may not be affected by the users shall not be borne by Lelong.com.my.
Goods successfully bid by the users is per displayed in the site and are not exchangeable with equivalent cash or other goods of neither equal value nor can it be replaced with the same goods of different color, sizes, make or model.
Goods successfully bid for is only redeemable by the owner of the userID, which is used for the bidding.
Bids are not retractable. By bidding for the goods, users agree that he/she has been explicitly informed of the details and specifications of the goods. Lelong.com.my shall use its best effort to ensure that all information provided and published is accurate and shall not be responsible of any important details that are unintentionally being left out.
Joybidders will be suspended for one (1) month starting from the date of the joybid. Joybid here is defined as an action whereby user bid for an item but failed to redeem for the item by making the necessary payment(s).
If user bid above the recommended retail price for an item, user is obligated to complete the transaction.
If another user outbids a user, the former shall receive an email-outbid notification from Lelong.com.my However, by not receiving the email outbid notification, it does not mean the former will be the current highest bidder. The current highest bidder will be the user who last placed a bid during the bidding cycle and successfully registered by the server.

Feedback, Enquiry and Notices

Except as explicitly stated otherwise, users can send their feedback or enquiry by e-mail to superbid@lelong.com.my. Notice(s) from Lelong.com.my to the users shall be sent to the users e-mail address provided by the users during the registration process, or such other address, as the party shall specify.

Bidding mechanics

All bidding starts from RM1.00. If two or more users submit a bid at the same time with the same amount, the first bid amount registered by the systems will be taken as the successful bid. All other failed bids will be informed to the users respectively via email. The bid increment system shall work as following:
- RM 1 to RM99: - RM1
- RM 100 to RM199: - RM2
- RM 200 to RM499: - RM3
- RM 500 to RM999: - RM4
- RM1, 000 & above: - RM5
Bidding cycle starts from 12pm every Wednesday and closes at 1pm of the same day.
Lelong.com.my shall determine the legitimate successful bidder upon the closure of the bidding cycle. Lelong.com.my reserves the right to either; award the item bid to the next user with the second highest bid in line in the event the successful bidder is found to be an illegible winner OR to void the bid item and roll it to the next bidding cycle. The next bidding cycle is determined by Lelong.com.my and will not be necessarily the immediate next bidding cycle.
Lelong.com.my shall not be liable should there be any technical glitches occurred in the site that causes incorrect display of information or affect on the bidding mechanism.
In the event that the system is not available for bidding for any period of time, Lelong.com.my reserves the right to extend the bidding period, to void the auction, reschedule or carried forward to the next bidding cycle solely at our discretion. Such announcement will be posted on SuperBid website.
Lelong.com.my shall at its sole discretion determine the items to be put up for bidding in SuperBid. Users are welcomed to feedback on preferred items via SuperBid I WANT!!

Fulfillment & Payment

Successful bidder will be informed via email within 24 hours upon the closure of the bidding cycle.
If there is no payment received from the successful bidder within 5 working days from the first next day of the date of the closure of the bidding cycle, the transaction is void and Lelong.com.my reserves the right to dispose the items as deem fit.
The followings are the available payment channels including but not limited to:
1. Maybank2U / GIRO
2. Credit Card
The followings are the payment charges for the above payment options including but not limited to:
1. Maybank2U - Additional payment charges of three percentum (3%) of the bid amount
2. Credit Card - Additional payment charges of three percentum (3%) of the bid amount
Shipping charges shall be indicated in the website for both Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah/Sarawak
Upon receipt of the payment from the successful bidder, Lelong will deliver the items to the successful bidder within seven (07) working days from the first next day of the date of the payment is received by Lelong. Upon delivery of items, Lelong will send an email notification to the successful bidder. This email will contain the item's details, shipping date and tracking number.
