1. What’s a Lelong member’s store?
It is an Instant Storefront for professional seller to sell their items in volume.
2. How do buyers pay me?
You must have either a personal banking account or company account, but preferable it comes with internet banking facilities, such as maybank2u, or e-banking. Most of our buyers are paying via internet bank.
3. Can I accept credit cards payment?
We don’t have this facility at the moment; however, we don’t stop you from arranging it your own.
4. What’s the benefit to own a store?
You will have a storefront with your own sub-domain (URL) with your own store logo, more advance functions and special fees rebate. For more,

5. Who can open a store?
Malaysian owning a valid IC ( MyKad ) can open a store, however, we will always required other documents in order for us to validate your identity. (Please take note, we always have the right not to offer to anyone without giving you any reason)
6. Why I need to open a store?
To show you a professional seller, serious in trading online & the most important is it gives more confidence to buyers.
7. What’s the difference between store member & normal member?
Store members are entitled to enjoy more benefits than normal member.

8. How much does it cost to open a store?
The annual fee is RM398, as lowest as just RM1.09 per day to own a store.
9. How to open a store?
Top-up your i-account at least RM398 with credit cards or Maybank2u, then logged in to your account & click the store activation link.

10. Am I need to submit any document for registration?
Yes, we need at least 1 MyKad, and 1 or more supporting documents, such as utilities bills or your bank statement header. Please attach a copy of your utilities bill. (Please take note we no more accepting old IC)
For registration with company account, apart from MyKad for person in charge, please attach company Form 9 or Form D.
11. I know nothing about programming language, so how should I set-up a store?
You do not need to learn any programming language, as long as you know how to use MS Word, then you can easily post items to sell & manage your store.
12. I know nothing about web design, so how should I design my store?
We will provide you a list of ready store design template & theme color for your choice.
13. Am I need to send you my product catalog & will Lelong help me to post it?
This is a Do-It-Yourself store. Seller must post all items by themselves. However, should you face any problem, please call/email us for assistance.
14. How many items that I can post to sell?
There are 500 postings for store member in lelong, as long as they are unique and no repetition of similar items. However, you can contact our customer services if you need more.
15. Any other saving for me if I am a store member?
Yes, you will have 20% rebate in all fees related services such as posting, featured, banner, hosting, and Email.
16. Is there a pick-up service for store member?
Not for the time being, we expect seller to engage their own courier services.

17. Will Lelong help me to promote my store?
Yes, to give higher exposure to member’s store, Lelong will displayed member’s store randomly at front page store member’s section.
18. Since you say I can post up to 500 items, so will posting become messy and hard to manage?
Don’t worry; you will have an easy-to-use auction management web application – MyInventory, to help you manage your store.

19. Will we be treated or excluded from certain Lelong rules and regulations?
No, for you to own a store and have credentials, we have higher expectations from you then other normal members. Thus, we and buyers do expect more from you as a store member. You have to follow our rules strictly and display your credibility online in all your transaction.
